Peggy Ann Ho Chi Min Lotriman, Gina's half sister, was paid a large fee by the mysterious Mr. and Mrs. Smith to gain custody of Cinnamon 3. Unfortunately the Smiths did not live up to their end of the deal, so Peggy had to shoot Mr. Smith dead and take back Cinnamon 3. Recently Peggy made a deal with Baba Luba to take Sharon out of the picture.
